These data are excellent! So grateful for a clearer view of this issue. My understanding is that extreme prematurity is an issue that is largely driven by issues outside of medical care. (Please correct me if that’s inaccurate!) If that is the case, could you share with us some of the community conditions that contribute to this issue as well as the non-medical interventions that can prevent extreme prematurity?
